Platform and operator

DOMYRA is both the platform name and the public-facing trade name. The platform is operated by an individual. DOMYRA is not represented here as a registered company or separate legal entity.

Privacy contact: contact@domyra.si. The individual operator’s legal identity and any legally required address disclosures remain pending review.

Privacy contact functionality: unverified. Mailbox delivery and request handling have not been confirmed.

No financial advice

DOMYRA provides research tools. Estimates are model outputs based on available evidence; they are not appraisals, offers, market prices or guarantees of resale value or profit.

A naming score is not a monetary valuation. Estimates remain distinct from completed-sale evidence and asking prices.

Availability

DOMYRA does not confirm whether a domain is registered or available unless explicitly stated as verified by an authoritative provider.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, scrape the service, or circumvent rate limits or access controls. Server-enforced limits apply to public evaluations and comparisons, and to authenticated estimate refreshes and authorised administrator imports. Exceeding a limit temporarily pauses requests; requests are also refused if the limiter cannot verify them.

Market data

Verified sales, reported sales, asking prices and demo records are separate evidence classes. Asking prices and demo records are not treated as completed sales in valuations or Market Pulse. Eligible verified and reported USD sales may support those analyses. Estimates are calculated outputs, not sales records. When evidence is insufficient, the tools show “Insufficient data” rather than inventing a price or market statistic.

No sales-data source is currently connected. Any future source requires intended-use, storage, display, commercial-use and attribution permission checks. Public accessibility alone does not grant reuse rights. Source attribution and evidence classification must remain distinct from an estimate.

Public access

Research tools are available without registration, subscriptions or payment. Personal portfolios, watchlists, alerts and member settings are deferred. Administration is restricted to authorised existing administrators.

Public registration is disabled. Domain queries and evaluation results may be stored as public reference records as described in the draft Privacy policy.

Legal review

Pending legal and operational review: the operator’s legal identity and any required address disclosures; terms effective date; a general service or legal-notice contact and process; governing law and jurisdiction; liability provisions; dispute procedures; and procedures for changes to these terms.
